It has been ruled a homincde and it looks like Dr. Murray is going to be charged for causing Jackson's death.

Is anyone surprised about the cause of Michael Jackson's death?

I'm not, it looked like this was the case from day one to me...

no surprise to me, it obvious to me that Dr. Murray was behind something shady...

no surprise to me either, they have been hinting that it was a homicde and implicating Dr. Murray from day one.
