My father has passed Away

Hello Echoes Members,


My father passed away very early Saturday morning. It is a very difficult time in my life right now, and I will not be at the site for quite some time. I need time to reflect, mourn and grieve and to be with my family. My father will be deeply missed. He was truly a great man and was deeply loved.

I will check the site from time to time, but I will not be here on a daily basis.

For those of you who have sent me notes and emails, I thank you very much and I will cherish the warmth of your words for a long time. Your kindness and warmth during this time has been a great comfort to me and to my family

I am so profoundly sad to hear this Lisa. I know the pain of the loss of a parent as well. It takes time, but eventually it will get better.

I know you informed some of us that the end was near, but it still is sad to hear. I hope you are doing OK and please take good care of yourself.

I truly appreciate you all so much. It is getting easier, but I feel it will be a long time before I get over the loss of my dad. I knew it was coming, but it still seems surreal.

It will take some time, but you will start to feel less sad and begin to remember the good times you had with your father. There is much f history there and in time you will be able to embrace it
