Lisa, I am so sorry that I missed this excellent wirte when it was first posted. I was  over the Lounge board this evening and came across this beautiful and poignant write...it caputured my heart..God bless you and thank you for sharing a piece of your soul

Thank you so much Joy. This was a tough period in my life, but I am over the profound sadness. There will always be a void in my life and I will always miss my father's love, but I feel his strength guiding me every day of my life. Thank you for and for your compassionate words
