very good writing here Lisa my interpretation is that the woman in the poem is a homeless woman who was brought or crawled to a church and died there. I say this because of the line: "Shivering body lays quiet in the vestibule and also the line "Hushed prayer is whispered over dying soul." I love it...great pic too
