That depends. An astrologer called Stephen Schmidt in the 1970s claimed that we also have a 14th sign, that is Cetus, the whale.
Most "Solar" astrologers however dismiss this method, because despite whatever rotational changes occur, it won't affect the 12-archetypical personality discourse that has been the mainstream line of thought that dominates contemporary perception and practice of astrology, because mainstream astrology is based on 12 sectors or "houses", which are independent of the constellations. Moreover, the traits of Ophiuchus have always been subsumed into the sign of Scorpio.
So it's all a matter of interpretation, really. Western astrologers will continue with the 12-sector discourse (ie, the relation of the earth to the sun - that one does not change), while Ophiuchus will be more of an interest (along with its chums Cetus the whale and Arachne the spider) for so-called "sidereal" astrologers who try to interpret astrology as being literally the study of the heavenly spheres' influence on organic life.

Change is good and considering they haven't changed signs for 3,000 years I say, "Bout time!" But also, I've been a gemini since I was born and plan to die one!
