Don’t forget to watch Freedom Riders on PBS this Monday...it should be a fascinating a riveting documentary! Oprah talked about it on her show last week, and I was intrigued…great piece of American History…

I will be watching as well, this such an important part of our history..the bravery pf those individuals in that adverse and hostile atmosphere in those troubling times is remarkable...we owe it to ourselves to honor them and watch this documentary, thank you Lisa for posting abut it

and yes Ciara, my mom has lived though some very turbulent times, and it is wonderful to sit and listen to her as she walks down memory lane and recalls those days...
