The Cell
Dreaming of somewhere else to be as I swallow misery's bitterness.
Within these harboring walls, I am alone. Tragically, it has become my prison.
I cannot breathe nor run. I am trapped by isolation and fear.
As I look out into stark emptiness, I hunger for some sense of peace as I seek refuge from inner agony.
To my knees I fall, suddenly, and reach for the hand of my Savior.
I beg of Him to not allow me to suffer demise encased inside this wicked hollow cell.

This was very good it brought me to a dark place sometimes you have to go there to help yourself back into the light. I really like this poem.
