No Hiding
Happy New Year from me to you, may your days be filled with love, cherishing the moment for it is new, peace and happiness a gift from above.
May you get what you have earned, and owe no one as your life unfolds, for life is a process where we learn, each day more of the story is told.
Remember to take only what you need, simple pleasure is the road to success, and working hard is the price to succeed, if you have your health you’re blessed.
It is the time to contemplate the past, life is based on hard work and hope, realizing our mortality nothing last, coming to terms will help us to cope.
The old year is over so we shed a tear, moving we stand tall filled with pride, raising our glass we shout with cheer, for from the New Year we can not hide.

That's a great poem Sam and I hope and wish that nobody has to feel like hiding from the New Year. It needs some courage though sometimes to continue, but a new year offers 365 empty pages that are mainly for us to fill - by the guidance from above! Happy New Year to you too! Ulla xx

Good poem, Mr Stone but to be honest I don't know. Each year ends with me thanking God that it's ended, and wondering what new dangers are now upon us. Not that they say that this would be the last year of the very last ba'k'tun on earth come 22 December...
