We’re a scale of fish,
a robin’s feather,
a particle of air,
a wisp of weather.

We’re a ray of moon,
a bark of tree,
a drop of water,
a wave of sea.

Our spirit is a flower,
a speck of stardust,
a blade of grass,
a violent wind gust.

Our spirit is eternal,
floating on a moonbeam,
floating on a sea breeze,
floating on a stream.

Our song is heard
in the whistle of a train,
in the chirp of a bird,
in the spittle of the rain.

Our song is heard
in the crinkle of the book,
in the howl of the wind,
in the babble of the brook.

We are the nexus,
where everything is one,
where everything is linked
in and around the sun.
