My poems for you

Words of love flow from my heart
They want to be put into rhymes
Sometimes they appear so smart
Or they're a struggle at other times.

Happy moments with tender words
Dreams from the heart just overflow
Trying times then work like swords
As tears, doubts or pain may show.

I need to write the way I feel
Sharing with you bare of fear
So only you can know me real
The mirror of my soul is clear.

Till my last breath I wish to write
Poems of love and hope spread wide
A light that shines even at night
And makes us feel side by side.
