as for the pay, I never said they pay well, writers are almost always underpaid, lol

but if you have proven experience and test well, you will be able to make decent money and even move up into the better paying jobs. I have years of experience writing online and have been fortunate to land the better paying jobs, but at fisrt I started out with the low paying jobs to build up my writing portfolio.

And most of the jobs I have gotten of late have come from people contacting me through my writing portfolio
