Hey everyone,
I was wondering what you all think of her speech? I was surprised myself. I found it to be genuine and very eloquently given. I was also surprised about her full endorsement of Obama, so many in the media were saying she wasn't going to do it, but she did.
This does not change my opinion of her, but I loved some of things she said about never giving up and believing in your dreams and never letting negative people drag you down. That has been my philosophy for a long time, I could care less what others think of me, I am my own woman and I will always be that way. This strength of character in Hillary I truly admire. It was really a great speech in my opinion.

I liked the speech as well, she did a good job, but I do not know if she really wanted to endorse him, but some of the things she stressed in her speech was fantastic!
I think I could accept her as the nominee, together they would be unstoppable...

I was going post about this too, I am not sure how I feel. The speech was powerful, but I still do not trust her.

I am open to her being on the ticket, she changed my mind today. She did the right thing for the democratic party and for Obama.
Lisa, I am with you. Negative people have no place in my life either. Sent you a PM:)

I found it to be interesting and powerful, she spoke to her base and reached out to his and she did what was asked of her, I am not a fan of hers and I do not want her to be the VP, but I would support this ticket if it was the case.

I found her speech to be good as well, at times it seemed forced, but all in all she did what was expected and asked of her and for that I applaud her. But I still do not want to see her as the VP.

I liked her speech and I am glad she finally did the right thing, I personally think she took too long to make the speech. It would have been nice for her to do it on the night of the historic nominaion. Also I do not trust her all the way, I do not think she is really going to go out and campaign her heart out for Obama as she said would...I am gonna wait see if that happens... You say it so well Lisa, negative people are a BIG waste of time!!

She is a powerhouse! Actually, I think who will be VP will be more of a decision made by the polls. They'll look at it and decide where the most votes are... Usually who the VP will be in a Presidential election is not as crucial as this one appears to be.

her speech did not impress me, I found it to be very forced and something she clearly did not want to do and I hope she is not the VP...she just does not mesh with his message of real change in my opinion, her and Bill are old news and Bill comes as a package deal with Hillary which makes me cringe

I thought she did a great job but everyone will not think that way, I guess. but yes, her not being the VP, I am with you
