in the whistling whisper of midnight’s croon when streets escape the raging claws of burnt dragon breaths, a pageantry of stars sing trading affections with human arms
round as loops strung by a cotillion of wafer winds surfing the paces of swaying tunes.. and lilac crystal beads turn into shaman charms, the talisman
of such a melodic night dripping roses upturned…
beyond lilting notes this evening possesses, there are few arms handcuffed in tainted steel of tin cups and crumbs for waifs and women cuddled in damp corners…
a single night’s violin strain bites the screeches of grief and pain… of a flock rendered in ruins dragged in cold rags and morsels of weeping dust. coiling in fetal posture, they
drink a sip of yesterday’s broth, wandering, wishing if one brooding star can soften the tears from their sighing pining rain. and to wake up fed with the bluest balm upon dawn’s raging request nenette

You seem to be a sparkling source of fantasy Nenette and this amazes me once more. your beautiful poem makes it easy to hear the stars sing and to see night's golden sunshine, leaving such enriching thoughts and a tender touch. Thank you dear friend! Ulla xx
