Solemnly you gaze upon me with every step i conceive, you lay to observe witnessing my sorrow and hate for all, as light cast you upon the ground i am aware of your presence, but as the darkness sets in you become more cunning and deceitful, hiding away amongst the others enticing me and showing me , vivid hallucinations in which i should perform, my shadow you are me, and vise verse, This mind that we share may or may not get worst...

A dark and shadowy poem, it gives a shiver of loneliness but as a shadow only can appear by some source of light, the hope is never vanishing! Thank you. Ulla xx

Yes, this is dark and I find it a bit frightening. Though to me the scariness is mixed in with a fair amount of sadness. My life has been pretty "easy" compared to many. But I did a bit of "walking on the wild side" in my earlier days. And as a Social Worker I met many others who did the same, some never stopped, for some it was their end. As Annie says "it's a hard knock life" and not one I'd wish upon anybody. But there are those who choose it anyway and those who are sadly thrust into it until they find another way.
Take care, Mike
