My Inner Nebulous Domain

Watching the star studded sky, I lay down on the golden brown coast bed
A beautiful view of the night as breeze cuts across
Silence in the air….Silence in mind….Peace all over

Sudden pictures of fear and anxiety gushing in to disturb my peace
Loud and roaring voices scaring me as I crumble down
Silence in the air…Fear in mind…Shivers all over

Sadness follows behind, and pushes me down into an abyss
Cries and tears is what I experience as I run down
Silence in the air…Depression in mind…Gloomy all over

Fright and sadness makes me an unconfident and rebellious soul
Anger runs down my nerves like heated iron ore
Silence in the air…Anger in mind…Noises all over

Voila ….I rise up like an audacious warrior & say to it
“Thou not rule my world, thou not rule me anymore”…you silly “MIND”
Silence in the air….Silence in mind…Peace all over… again…!!!

Moods and emotions of human being and it even goes much deeper, showing what turmoil we are thrown in if our mind "runs riot". Great poem and beautiful imagery -- the peace at the end is really felt! Thank you! Ulla xx

Very nice! You had me worried there for awhile but then "we" got back to peace, thank God! One small thing I noticed. At the end did you mean to say "Viola" or "Voila"? Voila is French for "there it is" or something like that. Viola is a girl's name. I would figure you meant to say "Voila!"
