Listen to Silence
Your attentive ears cannot make out
Sunken voices in stillness all about
You're dwelling in your heart, your thoughts flying
No sound can ever capture your being
Dreams won't finish, feelings not diminish
Waking to reality – you just don't wish
Moon and stars above are holding their breath
Whatever happens on earth they don't know death
When you have faith and believe, you will see --
Silence can retrieve and help you to BE

PS, this thought poem works really well. I love how you are taking abstract ideas and giving them a physical shape with words. Does make me think a little about " Sounds of Silence" which is a favorite song of mine. I try to write things like this and never wuite make it. Great poem.
