Nice image, CR! I think the rythm of the piece works good. I think it works as a translation... I've been a book called Nine Gates. The author, Jane Hirshfield, does a lot of translating.

Always love find your work here, you aare consistently wonderful! Huggs-Jan This one was quite personal for me, since it actually retells my life's story of sorts. The only other poem that does the same would be Eternity. I modelled this work off those of Qabbani and Khayyam, the two being my favourite authors. Glad to know you did enjoy it, despite that fact that it was a rump translation.
