The moon shone over my head She was a crescent circled by a shadow As though she'd been a little bent It seemed she wasn't happy, I think we know Her following star the bright young Venus Sparkled as she usually did Put in her place by the moon Though governed by the universe's grid The cow that jumped over the moon The fable she was made of cream cheese Had made her happy in her time But with man she wasn't pleased She had lit the Earth from a time before She had always smiled down Now man was spoiling this once great planet In place of nature, now a man made town She can only watch and wait for a time When the Earth will just be a waste The sea instead of an indigo blue Will be full of man's dirt and grime.

This one is excellent Johan and it surely stirs thoughts, pushes for insight and makes me ashamed for what we do to our planet. Wonderful write, dear Friend, thank you. Ulla xx

Nice, Johan. The moon is pretty inspiring... Like your take on it... I've been doing a lot of research on her recently... thinking about an epic poem for school that involves her.
