The steel magnolia moon Whispered to me, Of places I could never Imagine, And as it whispered My spirit stilled, Becalmed upon the ocean Of a thousand dreams, And tears came to my eyes, Each one a universe of its own.
The many curtained night Held more than shadows, Each curtain lifted back Silently, And through the silence My soul felt cleansed, Released between the facets Of deep diamond darkness, As soft night rain dusted me down Beneath the many facets of heaven.
The peacefulness of dawn Paints more than sunlight As it draws the final Curtain, On morning bright wings The hours weigh light, Cloud wrapped upon a counter Of feather light blue, And distant bird song made me smile As I watched the sun crown the Abbey…

;D ;D and once again, ;D! This one, my friend, is a gift of pure beauty and peace. Oh how I needed to find this here today! Perhaps overdone but I do thank you from my heart, mind and soul Sir for even these few moments of serenity. Namaste, Mike
