A Mountain Day
Down the valley it is summer
While you're found high up in snow
You race with laughter down the slope
Strong wind in your face will blow
Riding your snowboard with a smile
You enjoy the crisp mountain air
Enough snow with bright sunshine
This chance for you is only fair
I see you stand on top of the world
Admiring the glistening beauty
Peaks and valleys to horizon
A day for you just without duty

Lovely write. I can a very skillful skier taking the slopes with ease as they have the time of their lives. I myself, will probably never get to the courage to ski...lol. But I'd love...LOVE to stay at a ski lodge...just once! I envision a lovely wooden cabin with a huge comfy bed, a luxurious fireplace and a many cups of love, laughter and hot cocoa!

Hey, you seem to know how to enjoy (smile!) In deed, staying in an old hut up in the snowy mountains with what you wish for coming true, it is something very special. Best is, one can enjoy this also without skiing or taking risks... Even without ski lodge, I now enjoy a cocoa! Thanks for the smile! Blessings, Ursula xx
