great work, I am not sure, but should there be the word "on" in your last line?
love it!

Hi Lisa-Interesting Haiku...Loved the image! I have not seen one written like this before....5,4,4,3 syllable count? Would you be willing to give me some insight to this, so that I might understand the format a little better/or use of it? ...thanks. AM

Thanks Harry, Brianna, Dana and Amuseme :-*AM, to answer your question, I am using a modern approach in my haiku, modern haiku can be as little a 3 words or can run a few syllables over the normal 17 syllable count... not all haiku follows the 5-7-5 pattern, especially haiku that is found in leading haiku magazines here you will find many different forms of the haiku: simplyhaiku.com/

good job, I like modern haiku, I think sticking to the 5-7-5 style is becoming passe, at least from what I have been both in print and online
