My poem "Life Fail" was published online at Events Quarterly in 2007....The magazine is no longer online, but it was a steady publisher of mine for about 3 years, I sure do miss that magazine...Hope you enjoy it LIFE FAIL
At the soles of bloodied feet, lies remnants of an ill-fated life.
Desperate pleas for rescue fall hushed against velocity’s devastation.
Broken footpaths fail to leave a trail.
Anguished screams are buried amid the rubble.

devastation of swift and horrendous magnitude you have portrayed here Lisa, the images were staggering. Well expressed in very few lines, most likely a skill acquired from writing so many haikus. Excellent pen as always and I hope it is history or fiction.
peace as always, Bernie
