 Hello Echoes Family. I pulled this one up today because some of you said you wanted to read it again and some of you have not read it. "Entangled" was published online in 2008. Hope you all enjoy it  ENTANGLED
broken words
strangled by
uncertainty's
grasp
essence of sanity
erased by
insanity's
vise
weary mind
clouded
by alcohol
haze
into
nothingness
empty eyes
stare
desolate soul
longing
to scream
ruthless web
of self-doubt
closing in
wanton thoughts
fade into
midnight's
abyss
until
morning's breath
attempts
to awaken
fallen
emotions
entangled
within

this is a rare treat Lisa, a well- written piece indeed  I treasure these pasages: "wanton thoughts fade into midnight's abyss until morning's breath attempts to awaken fallen emotions remain entangled within" so good to see you posting again... |

a sweeping write, a great write and read I like these lines: broken words strangled by uncertainty's grasp essence of sanity erased by insanity's vise you express the feeling of isolation and emptiness so well, good job! |
